2 The pictures do not do justice. The cavern is really huge. This is a 1/3rd scale experiment before it moves to the big cavern.
3 It is a very large cavern (3 times as big as the original neutrino detector that housed the 10m diameter acrylic ball). It will contain an even larger container of ultra pure liquid to look for dark matter interaction with the fluid.
